Policy & Rules

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy along with a "no show" policy.

All PMU, RF Microneedling, Microndling, BB Laser and Sofwave treatments have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Without sufficient notice, you will be required to pay half the appointment cost. Business hours are Monday to Thursday 9-7, Friday 9-5, and Saturday 11-4. Texting, emailing, or calling outside of working hours is not considered sufficient notice.

E-transfer, cash and credit cards are accepted. Payment in full is to be completed BEFORE you leave. GST is on top of all pricing.

There are no refunds on services or products. If you experience an issue with a service you received or a product you purchased, please contact us and we will discuss the issue with you, and how to resolve.

Please arrive on time and ready! Tardiness will come off of your appointment time. Due to cleaning time, please wait in your vehicle if you arrive any more than 5 minutes before your appointment.

I will generally still be setting up/finishing with my previous client and thank you for your understanding of their time with me.

As friendly as my home is, it is not child friendly while I am working. I am working with sharp tools and book time accordingly for what goes into the service. Unfortunately I am not able to address children while I am concentrating on doing the best job for you.

Cold and flu happens! Please rest up and get better before coming to your appointment.

Our Mascots ( Soph and Valentina ) are generally here! Please be rest assured they are very friendly and are excited to see you, let me know if your needing assistance with a pet friendly home.
